I got the personalized Solar System mug for my husband as a Christmas gift, and it showed up quicker than I thought it would. The quality is just stunning (made of bone china), and the way it was packed made sure it got to the US in one piece. I’m definitely planning to buy more stuff from Mclaggan.

I received the wrong item in my order. MSG really impressed me with their customer support. Once I reached out, they sent a replacement right away, using special 24-hour delivery. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time because of the postal strikes, but it actually did. The mug came in great condition and was well packaged. Thanks to their excellent service, I’d gladly shop with them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they resolved it so quickly shows just how reliable they are. I’d definitely choose them again.

The support from this company is top-notch. They really make you feel valued and always stick to their delivery schedule. It's hard to find personalized service and quick replies like this nowadays.

I got my mug delivery on September 29. As soon as I grabbed the little box from the mailbox, I could tell it was in bad shape. When I opened it, the lovely mug I had ordered on September 19 was shattered into multiple pieces, and the packing material seemed like just some crumpled wax paper. I shot an email to Mclaggan right away, but I haven't heard back yet. Fingers crossed I get a response soon so I can revise this review.

I was aiming to switch out a big 'history of the railways' mug and figured the 'history of flight' mug would be about the same size. Super bummed to discover it’s just a regular mug size. 🙁☹

The products are fantastic, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered some mugs that came pretty fast, but they were way too large, so I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I shot off a bunch of emails to their hello@ email, but not a single one got a response. Finally, one of my emails was acknowledged, but the support rep didn’t bother to check my previous messages and asked if I was a new customer. I replied again, but that went unanswered too.

Eventually, I had to pick up the phone and call customer support, where I finally got some help. They promised to refund my return shipping costs for the hassle. I sent back my original order and made a new one, but when I showed them the receipt for the return postage, I had to nudge them to actually process the refund, even after their earlier assurance.

To top it all off, they didn’t even refund the right amount for the return shipping, but by then, I was just over it.

Fantastic quick delivery as usual. Each year, I grab a mug for my Mum. The designs are stunning. I’d really like to see a winter trees against a sunset design, pretty please!!

I picked up a big periodic table mug to swap out for an older one I really cherished. This new one was customized. The quality of these mugs is fantastic, made of fine china and holds a good amount. It's a joy to use. I’d definitely recommend it. I've gotten a bunch of these mugs over the years, and I’m certain this won’t be my final buy.
